Registration is necessary for us to be able to easily process your order.  You can also monitor all your orders in your account. 
Your activation code is sent automatically after your registration, as we do not have any control over your email, some email servers may tag the email as spam.    Furthermore, although the email is sent immediately, depending on your server, the activation email may arrive immediately or up to 24 hours.
Google mail is especially notorious in tagging the activation email as spam, so when looking for your activation email, please check your Spam and Trash folders.
All our products are coming directly from our Hen Lin stores nearest your location.
There are certain products that are only available in select stores, and would be difficult to deliver in areas that are far from those stores.  We are working to overcome this obstacle to make all Hen Lin products available to all.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver to addresses in the Philippines, specifically Metro Manila and nearby provinces at the moment. 
If the shipping address is within our delivery coverage, then we can process your order.  For payment, you may use your credit card to pay for the order.
Yes, we charge a fixed delivery fee, which goes to our 3rd party logistics provider. 
Our delivery is currently being service by a 3rd party logistics provider.  The delivery charge is used to pay for the service provided.
We don't include delivery in our price to ensure that you get the best pricing possible.   If we had included the delivery fee in our pricing, the delivery fee would be higher the more you order.  Since our delivery charge is fixed, the more items you order, you maximize the value of the delivery fee.    
The delivery fee is really just to cover the expense provided by the 3rd party logistics provider.

We are currently outsourcing all our delivery services to Lalamove and Mr. Speedy.

We try to process your order as fast as possible, unfortunately, we can't give an exact time frame for delivery time as we are also dependent on availability of riders from our 3rd party logistics provider.   
Furthermore, our deliveries are dependent on the hours of our stores and the malls.  As such, orders received after the cutoff time will be processed the following day.
Please be aware that we do not guarantee delivery time as these are all dependent with our 3rd party logistics provider, we will notify you of any changes/updates on the delivery as we receive them.
We provide several options for payment:

  • GCash - Online payment provided by GCASH
  • Bank Transfer - Direct transfer to our Bank Account

With the advent of the current Covid-19 pandemic, to promote safe practices, we have decided to suspend our Cash on Delivery payment at this time.

We have chosen Paypal to handle Credit Card transactions and Paypal payments.  Paypal is a leading company dealing with online payments and can process Credit Cards from multiple countries.
For all payment transactions, the currency accepted is the Philippine Peso.  All prices are currently displayed in Philippine peso.   
If your credit card/paypal is not the Philippine Peso, Paypal will handle conversion at their prevailing rates.
You have several options to monitor your order.  For every order created, you will be notified by email of the order.   We may also get in touch with you through your provided contact details regarding issues that may occur about your order.
You may also monitor the status of your order thru the My Orders option under My Account.
Once created, your order can not be cancelled, so please review your order carefully before confirming.    
We try to fulfill every item in your order, however, in case there is an issue with availability, we will notify through your contact details to try to resolve the problem.    
The quantity is limited only to the product on hand.  For a large quantity, please allow at least 2 to 3 days lead time for processing or contact us to allow us to assist you properly.  
Furthermore, each transaction is limited to a maximum of 15 kgs of weight for the delivery, beyond that, a new transaction must be created.
For a large quantity (ie. for a party), please allow at least 2 to 3 days lead time for processing.  It might be better for you to contact us using our Send us a message form to assist you properly.  
As part of the Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to resell any products purchased on the Online Store and/or from our retail stores without authorization.
