Reports directly to the Group Area Supervisor / Division Manager. Responsible for the overall management of the company stores/outlets. The Area/Store Supervisors are responsible for setting the specific goals, targets, and direction of the individual stores based on the Corporate goal and target. He/She is also the communication line between corporate and store level.

Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management, Food Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, or any Business-related course;
With at least 1 year work related experience;
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge in service procedures and functions, is an advantage;
Have knowledge in service; and food and beverage, generally involving at least 1 year of front-of-the-house operations and/or store management;
Possesses basic financial skills and have the ability to operate a cash register or POS system;
Must be willing to work long, intermittent hours, when needed;
Willing to travel to multiple locations and capable or working independently;
Must be capable of multi tasking
