Hen Lin has been producing good quality products for over 35 years now. Although, we are known for our dimsum and noodles, our product line is quite extensive including products like Lechon Macau, Quekiam, Braised Beef, Lomi, etc.

We strive to produce products that meet the highest quality and we have only used real and natural materials with our products.   As such, we have applied and have succeeded to have the first Siomai and Siopao products to be certified by HACCP in the Philippines.

We have kept our recipes consistent by employing new technologies we learned from other countries like Japan, Italy, Germany and Taiwan, and yet retain that original home-grown flavor we are famous for.

Yes, our products undergo testing in our own laboratory to reduce or minimize the incidence of hazards.  Hen Lin is following the rigorous procedures as required by the HACCP standard. All products are examined and pass through metal detectors to provide additional safeguards against hazards.

In the store, all our service crew are trained to handle all products properly before being deployed to their respective stores. In addition, our Quality Assurance Team regularly visits our stores to ensure that procedures and guidelines are being followed.
"Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic preventive approach to food safety, pharmaceutical safety, etc. that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realised. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes." (courtesy of Wikipedia }
